Dashboard: every channel at a glance
Views, watch time, net subscribers, estimated revenue for monetised channels, publications and AI costs in the period, for 7, 28, 90 or 365 days. Plus daily trends, top videos, upcoming publications and alerts when something needs attention. The daily sync pulls analytics for all connected channels; YouTube delivers daily values with a two-to-three-day delay, while the live counters on videos are current.
Insights: which channel deserves priority
Insights are computed purely from data that is already synced; opening the page triggers neither YouTube requests nor AI costs. Per channel you get momentum, views after 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 and 28 days per video, hit and flop labels, half-life, subscriber impact, efficiency (views per euro of AI cost), engagement, retention, cadence, break-even and a percentile score for the ranking.
YPP progress and forecast
For every channel you see progress towards the YouTube Partner Program and an estimated time remaining. The forecast slider shows what happens if you change the number of videos per week, without a single API call.
Recommendations instead of a number graveyard
Ten rules translate the numbers into concrete recommendations: too early to judge, raise the cadence, check the hook, pause the channel. On demand, an AI pattern analysis compares the eight best with the eight weakest videos of a channel and names what the winners have in common.
Honest limits
A rank requires at least seven analytics days and two videos. Channels without data sit under “Watching”, not in the ranking. Revenue figures exist only for monetised channels; for all others it is estimated and labelled as an estimate.
